Arsenal News 16 March 2012

March 16, 2012

Morning Gooners… Hope you all have a great Friday. and even better (non-Arsenal) weekend.

Some great news at last on the Injury front. Arsenal have almost a full strength squad to choose from. Santos is now back. Diaby could be back for Everton. Jack could be ready for April. Only Mertersacker out for the rest of the season. What a time to be getting all your players back fit and when the team are playing well.

Lionel Messi rates Robin Van Persie apparently. Join the queue old Son so do about 20m Gooners world-wide.

Watched Bilbao Baggings rip United a new one last night. They should have scored 7 (seven) easy they were that much the better team.  Why is it that when United get beaten its to a very good team and yet when Arsenal go out, we’ve been a nightmare? One bit when Bilbao’s right back did a dance in the area and somehow managed to stick the ball just wide was just pure class. If that had gone in it would have been talked about as one of the great goals.

One wonders if the media’s obsession in reporting RVP is to leave Arsenal for lack of trophies, more money and uncle Tom Cobbly & all, then why is Wayne Rooney going to stay at United because their current side is nothing to write home about?

Things I liked about the Man £ity game.

  • Yellow for Jar Jar Binks and looking very frustrated
  • Yellow for Kalashnikov is it all going Pete Tong for £ity?
  • Yellow for Matias Fernandez but that was a PENALTY in my book all day long.
  • 0-1 Gooooooooooooooal – Matias Fernandez with a cracking free kick that beats Hart all ends up, given away by a sloppy tackle from Teletubby.
  • Nice to see Nasri & Clichy sitting on the bench. Good move lads..
  • 0-2 Gooooooooooooool – Ricky van Wolfswinkel taps in a fine cross and apt that he scored as £ity playing like a load of cocks.
  • 1-2 Aero bags one back for £ity
  • David Platt looks weird as City coach

  • PENALTY to City 2-2 on the night TubbyTelli Another sodding useless Referee.
  • 3-2 City and Aero bags his second with a smart finish. The cocks have taken some viagra.
  • Sporting have caught Krul syndrome
  • Joe Hart almost grabs the winner only to be denied by his opposite number.

38,000 at City. Arsenal get 46,500 for Carling Cup at home to Shrewsbury. Who’s the Daddy? I suppose the good thing now is that we don’t have to listen to Channel 5’s coverage of football as it is awful.

One wonders when the media discuss RVP to City they should be discussing who is Man City’s next manager gonna be, not that Mancini is interested in out star striker.

So both Manchester clubs have been ripped a new one by foreign clubs.

I have to say this week I’ve watched Arsenal v Newcastle. Bayern v Basle Chelsea v Napoli Bilbao v Man Utd and Man City v Sporting as for those that might think football is dead, IT’S NOT as every game was a superb advert for football in its own way.

The Telegraph have an article on Dogsbreath Here I really can’t understand why the authorities have not banned Drogba. If you let players get away with this, can you blame them for keep doing it? Retrospective punishment is the only thing that will stop this blatant cheating.
